Overview
Project Management & Quality/Safety was one of Procore’s largest revenue lines and its most saturated — deep penetration in US mid-market, but built as a set of disconnected tools rather than a system. Growth from here wouldn’t come from more features. It would come from connecting the work.
I authored the opportunity experience: the design vision and strategy for what Project Management should become. I ran the generative research, framed the market and user opportunity against the portfolio’s revenue reality, and translated the accepted vision into a phased execution plan the product and engineering orgs could build against.
